The Board of Directors of Chapel and Crescent GP Corporation (the "corporation"), which is an instrumentality of Ripley Housing Authority ("RHA"), will hold a specially called meeting on November 27, 2023. The meeting will commence immediately after the previously noticed regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of RHA, which commences at 6:00 PM, at RHA'S offices at 101 Northcrest Street, Ripley, Tennessee. There will be considered at said meeting such business as may properly come before the board including, but not limited to, approving, and ratifying the formation of and other organizational matters pertaining to Chapel and Crescent GP Corporation. The board will reserve a period for public comment during the meeting, and any person wanting to provide public comment at the meeting shall express their desire to do so immediately prior to such meeting. This notice is published in compliance with Sections 8 44 101 to 8 44 106, Inclusive, Tennessee Code Annotated.
