Maintenance Specialist
Ripley Housing is seeking applications from a career-oriented, highly motivated, self-starter for a Maintenance Specialist Position.
Qualified candidates should possess a high school diploma and a minimum of 3 years' experience performing the following skills: knowledge and experience in maintenance and repair of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems; sewer line maintenance; carpentry repairs; repair of refrigerators, gas and electric ranges; drywall repair and painting; laying tile and/or carpet flooring; general cleaning; work with bench tools and other maintenance equipment.
Candidates should also adhere to Ripley Housing's values: People First, Appreciated, Fair & Impartial, Diverse Talented Team, & Create a Fun, Family Atmosphere. Certifications and licensing a plus. Individual will be on-call for maintenance emergencies a week at a time.
This position will require a pre-employment drug screen, a valid driver's license with clean driving record, and reliable transportation. Ripley Housing provides a competitive wage based on experience and excellent benefits package.
