201 Volz Circle Renovation

The house located at 201 Volz Circle was purchased by Ripley Housing in November 2024. The plan was to remodel the home for a single family to rent. The remodel was done in 2026. The remodel included addressing the structural needs like a new roof, siding, flooring, appliances and bathroom. This project is just part of what Ripley Housing is doing in the Ripley, TN community. Ripley Housing is acquiring existing houses, remodeling them, and increasing rental inventory for individuals and single families. This house will give someone a nice place to call home.
