CHAPEL CIRCLE REMODEL PROJECT

TO: ALL RIPLEY HOUSING AUTHORITY (RHA) RESIDENTS AT CHAPEL CIRCLE
Ledford Engineering, Architecture & Planning, a contractor hired by RHA, along with RHA staff; will be conducting assessments at CHAPEL CIRCLE on FRIDAY, February 19, 2021, weather permitting. If there is inclement weather on the 19th, these assessments will be conducted on WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 24, 2021.
**NOTE: Please be aware that Ledford Engineering, Architecture & Planning (along with RHA staff) will be entering apartments on the dates listed above between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
**NOTE: These assessments are being conducted as part of a planned remodeling project slated to begin July 1, 2021.
