New Lease Signing

TO: RIPLEY HOUSING AUTHORITY (RHA) RESIDENTS
RHA Staff will be coming to each residence the week of April 5 - 9, 2021 for all tenants to sign new leases effective 4/1/2021. The schedule is as follows:
Chapel Circle - Monday, April 5, 2021
Crescent Drive - Tuesday, April 6, 2021
Northcrest (100's only) - Tuesday & Wednesday, April 6-7, 2021
Northcrest Addition (200's only) - Wednesday & Thursday, April 7-8, 2021
Willow Creek - Thursday, April 8, 2021
Make Up Lease Signing - Friday, April 9, 2021
NOTE: Any tenant who refuses to sign a new lease effective 4/1/2021 is subject to eviction.
