TO: RIPLEY HOUSING AUTHORITY (RHA) RESIDENTS
ANNUAL INSPECTIONS
Beginning Monday, May 3, 2021 through Friday, May 7, 2021, RHA maintenance staff, along with Melton Douglas, LLC, will be performing annual inspections at all RHA apartments.
HVAC Filter Replacement, Smoke & Carbon Dioxide Detector Batteries Replacement
Beginning Monday, May 3, 2021 through Friday, May 7, 2021 RHA Maintenance Staff will be changing HVAC filters, replacing smoke detector batteries, & replacing carbon dioxide batteries at all RHA apartments.
