Ripley Housing is assuming ownership after the renovation of Ripley Terrace is complete.
The 48-Unit apartment complex is comprised of 24 one-bedroom units and 24 two-bedroom units. The property was acquired from the previous owners following a court-ordered relocation of residents due to unsafe conditions at the neglected property.
Ripley Housing assumed responsibility for property renovations and transitioned ownership of the apartment complex. RH worked closely with Ripley Terrace residents to ensure the households impacted by the court-ordered eviction received housing vouchers and assistance with essential services.
Upon completion, renovation of the 48-unit complex will expand the affordable housing opportunities for area residents. The extensive renovation project is expected to take several months to complete.
