Parking Violations 8/12/2021
TO: RIPLEY HOUSING AUTHORITY (RHA) RESIDENTS AT NORTHCREST
Beginning August 15, 2021, RHA will be contracting with Fitzhugh Towing to tow any vehicle that is in violation of RHA's parking policy. RHA's parking policy states:
"Vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas only. Any vehicle not properly parked within designated parking areas, or parked in a posted/marked "No Parking" area will be towed at the owner's expense as allowed by state and local law."
