TO: RIPLEY HOUSING AUTHORITY (RHA) RESIDENTS
Over the last few months, RHA has noticed an increase in the amount of trash on the property, particularly behind apartments. Keep in mind that the garbage fine is $20.00 per occurrence. If you have trash around your apartment, RHA asks that you remove it before the inspections on March 9 - 13. If the trash is not removed, RHA will begin removing it and enforcing the $20.00 fine more strictly.
